I am proud to introduce my student Asheesh Tripathi for admission to MS-Electrical engineering program. I have known him for over 3 years, as a professor of the courses Electromagnetic Engineering, Power Electronics Devices and Applications, Signals and Systems. Asheesh is a sincere and diligent student who has an uncompromising attitude towards learning. This is evidenced by his ever increasing grades and noteworthy academic credentials.
During the course of my interaction with him, I had ample opportunity to assess his academic and personal abilities and I must say Asheesh has shown excellent interest in all his scholastic pursuits. He is a person with very good grasping and analyzing capabilities. He has excellent understanding of fundamental electrical engineering concepts. He has very good knowledge of hardware circuits and systems. His major design project was WIRELESS TRANSFER OF ELECTRICITY based on principle of high frequency electromagnetic induction. He designed the hardware and submitted a detailed project report. Also, He presented a research paper on his major design project at ‘National Conference on Instrumentation and Communication Engineering (NACICE-2013)’. He has successfully implemented minor design projects during second and third year of undergrad studies.
I can vouch for his technical ability since I was the guide for his projects. His project was recommended for ‘TCS best project award’ from Electronics and Telecommunication Department. In the co-curricular front, he has held responsibilities as a Class Representative and the Student Coordinator for Training and Placement Department. He actively participated in Electronics Students Association activities. His ability to enunciate views with the grace of a seasoned veteran is truly impressive. During interaction, I observed his ability to ask the right question which is hallmark of aptitude.
Asheesh has the required potential to excel in your graduate program and he needs to be nurtured for the bright future that undoubtedly lies ahead for him. In keeping with the same, I urge you to consider his application favourably.
